Flatter, Inc. is excited to announce the graduation of the first cohort of the Department of the Air Force (DAF) “Coaching Culture Facilitator’s Course” (CCFC) which began on April 19, 2021. Over the last four months, this program focused on certifying GS-11 supervisors, O-3s, and E-7s as “Leadership Coaches.” Additionally, the program enabled these leaders to expand the DAF’s “Coaching Culture” across the total force – to include active duty, reserve, and national guard personnel from both the Air Force and Space Force.
When asked for a comment on this program, Dr. J.R. Flatter, Ph.D., ICF-PCC, who served as the program’s primary instructor stated, “As I taught most of the course content and conducted all the final exams, I can confidently state this Cohort is ready to Coach in every sense of the word! I could not be prouder of each and every one of them. They are going to make an immediate and significant impact upon both the leadership and the culture of the entire Department of the Air Force.“
